The house had everything we needed (no running out first thing for toilet paper) Best of all was the Christmas tree and decorations. It really made it “home for the holiday.”The agent and owners were super communicative, let us know what and where’s promptly.I can’t thank them enough for the experience. Our dog loved the space it trapped in a hotel room."

"Home was perfect for our family get together. Location was super close to downtown shops and tours. Plenty of towels and blankets. Lots of hot water for our group of 10. We had 3 vehicles and had a pretty easy time street parking one. Check in email was detailed and helpful. Check out process was simple, for which we were very grateful. Great stay overall!"

"As soon as we entered, we immediately noticed how clean it smelled and looked in the apartment and we really appreciated the little touches that was left such as games to play and popcorn cups left for the four of us. The location is great and the decorations around the apartment were an amazing added touch!"

"Very clean and ready for our arrival. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Pictures do make the size look bigger. But 1/2 our party was unable to make it so it was perfect for the three of us. Would not recommend for small children but an adult group of 6 would be comfortable."

"We used the stay to unwind and enjoy Senior Weekend at UNH. This site was ideal. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 young adults. The kitchen was great for breakfast and Sunday dinner. We also had an opportunity to walk on the beach. We would definitely stay here again."
