"Good value for the price. Room surprisingly big, on same street as several much more expensive hotels, staff very accommodating. You can request higher floor and room facing back to avoid traffic noise, which isn't that bad anyway. Staff couldn't be more helpful."

"The staff was so helpful and nice; our rooms were cleaned daily! Plus their breakfast each morning was amazing! Close to our hop on/hop off bus tour location."

"The location of the hotel was perfect. Many restaurants and coffee shops within 2 blocks, the metro station is only 2 blocks away so it’s relatively easy to get anywhere from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful, loved them all."

"Overall really lovely stay. The cleanliness of our room was poor but wasn’t to much of an issue as was out sightseeing for most part of the day. Overall really nice hotel and lovely staff."

"The staff at the hotel is excellent. They are helpful and very pleasant. From the front desk to the restaurant to the cleaning staff. Wonderful. The view from the restaurant is amazing. Breakfast had a lot of choices and dinner was first class. I highly recommend the Athens Gate Hotel."
