"Location is for those who want to be far from civilization - long climb up partly unpaved hairpin turn drive. Pleasant surroundings once there, but for anyone looking for comfort, this is not the place. Sparse furnishings, not a shelf, hook or soap dish in bathroom. Light too dim to read & TV reception fuzzy. The one unexpected "luxury" was extra pillows. Did not have dinner there, so can't speak for food, but breakfast somewhat disappointing - this is an agroturismo hotel supposed to feature...

"I'm sure on a nice day, this place is absolutely awesome. Unfortunately for me it was raining and cold, and after a horrifying ride up the mountain, I was greeted by the dog that jumped up on me and got my pants very muddy (I love dogs but he was extremely muddy and kept jumping on me).. "Hotel was hard to find. Once there the staff was pleasant. The surprise came when we had to drive up a long dirt road to our villa. Once there the room and view was great. We had to Steve to the pool, restaurant bs bar. A little inconvenient but nevertheless a unique experience. Driving a must to get around. Not a close walk to anywhere."
