"We stayed at the Petit Palance for2 nights! We were caught up in the Athens strike, and didnt get there until 1;30 am! The hotel staff arranged for transporation which was seamless! Everything about this hotel is just phenomenal - it's a beautiful property and the location couldn't be better. The staff - from the reception to the restaurant are all exceptional! The views of the Caldera, and the sunset from our room was just out of this world!! Our room was beautiful and clean, with a hot tub, which we took advantage of on our short stay! The front office staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Since we checked in very late, we over slept and totally missed our breakfast, which was included in our room price! The restaurant sent breakfast into our room after the kitchen closed, which was extremely kind of them! We also had dinner at the Restaurant - kudos to the chef - food was amazing! Service was also exceptional. The staff were extremely friendly, and eager to assist us in anyway they could! They truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Overall, everything about this hotel, inclulding the staff is absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend this hotel and highly recommend! I will definitely stay here when we visit again!!"

"Lovely hotel in great location"

"This was a beautiful property high up on the mountainside. It was just as the pictures showed. The staff were wonderful on the property. For breakfast every morning we really enjoyed talking with the waiter, he was great and the food and drinks were very good. The transportation is a challenge on this island but with the help of the front desk we were able to rent a car and it was fun driving around the island, visiting all the places we wanted. In town we walked a lot. It was great The only downside was the big pool was emptied due to the recent earthquakes and so we couldn’t enjoy the beauty of the infinity pool, but that was a natural disaster not the fault of the hotel itself. We would definitely stay here again, hopefully with the pool next time! "
