"The property is very clean and nice looking, and it's easily walkable to the shopping district and several major attractions. Property needs more parking spaces to accommodate a full hotel. Overflow parking was parking under trees or in an grassy area. Additionally, our booked Deluxe room was not properly reserved in their system, so we were downgraded to a standard twin and they were fully booked and unable to adjust our booking. "The cabin was beautifully located, and stunning lay out. The check in process was difficult out of office hour's. No where does it say your property is 11km away from the place where you collect your key. The master bedroom matress was also dirty so we coulfnt sleep on it and gad to swap it for the spare one. Conracted novasol via email but no response. Otherwise we had a fantastic time in Norway as a family"
