"Veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende personale. Vi bodde i Nordtunet 2. Hytten trenger oppgradering. Det var to kokeplater som fungerte svært dårlig, brukte 30 min på å steke en pølse. Veldig lytt mellom badet og rommet ved siden. Hodeputene var for litt for tykke. Pluss for god liggekomfort i de to enkeltstående sengene. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake, men vil da heller velge en av de oppussende leilighetene eller selve hotellet (evt en oppusset hytte). "

"Utrolig kaldt når vi kom frem i leiligheten, vi måtte sitte med jakker inne. Ble ikke varmt før ut på natta. Leiligheten er litt for liten til fire voksne. Begynner å bli slitt og bør oppgraderes. Det sto med liten skrift at vi måtte re opp sengene selv, og at dette var ekstrautgift. Før vi reiste måtte vi vaske over flekker, tømme oppvaskmaskinen og ta av sengetøy. "

Very helpful and friendly staff during check-in, spotless apartment in fabulous location and great service from the vaktmester when a leak in the sink turned the water off (he came shortly and fixed the problem). "We absolutely loved the hotel! The Polish lady at the reception was absolutely lovely and helpful with the restaurant recommendation. We stayed in a Superior twin room and it was much bigger than we expected. The hotel is in a heart of Lillehammer so couldn’t ask for a better location. The breakfast was delicious, so much choice! Freshly made waffles are a must to try as they are absolutely delicious! Having an additional heater in a room was amazing as it was quite cold outside when we stayed....
