The rooms are adequate, may be not 4* and quite dark, certainly not as they appear on the website. Breakfast is ok but is the same every day and after a week is a bit repetitive. "We enjoyed our stay at this clean and comfortable apartment with a great balcony. It is not too modern and is great value for money. It was easy to find and very close to the seafront, it has a pretty garden. The host was friendly and helpful. Milatos is a peaceful seaside village reminiscent of Crete 40 years ago, however it has choice of places to eat. We had our best meal in Crete so far at Meraklis Tavern on the waters edge, very good value"

Only issue we had was the number of stray cats around the hotel, who can be too friendly and don't give you any piece when lounging around the pools. It's not pleasant to be sunbathing when a cat jumps on you and sticks their claws into you!!"

"Nice hotel, on the sea front. There is a nice swimming pool with salt water. The room we stayed was a grand suite on the top floor. The view from the room balcony is perfect deep blue and relaxing. The room is spacious but bit outdated. The bathroom is nice with a big bathtub. Overall a positive experience."
