"To best describe this place in my words: It's like a well thought trough mix of the best from Ibiza high end beach club/bar/restaurants combined with a really nice and comfortable hotel to match. "Beautiful historic building in great condition. The hotel manager called us ahead of time to check on our ETA, and provided us with instructions for our check in after hours. The hotel has its own parking area within own premises. The room was very nice, clean and with a roomy bathroom. Great property for family on Main Street

"Our family of 8 adults from Germany and the United States chose this charming property for our reunion, and it didn't disappoint! The spacious house, inviting backyard, and patio provided the perfect setting for our gathering. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there's room for improvement to make future visits even better. We'd love to see more clarity on amenities - for instance, ensuring sheets and towels are included as listed, and providing hairdryers in both bathrooms. The barbecue could use a good clean between guests, and replacing a few kitchen items (like the scratched casserole dishes and downstairs microwave) would be appreciated. The comfortable beds and clean bathrooms were definite highlights. For future guests, it's worth noting that the house is on a main street, which can make exiting the driveway a bit tricky. Also, clarification on whether guests can enjoy the fruit and vegetables on the property would be helpful. Despite these minor issues, we created wonderful memories in this beautiful old home. With a few tweaks, this could be an absolutely perfect vacation spot. Thank you for hosting us! "

Enjoyable Stay, great location- needs family focus

"We had an enjoyable family stay, the property is in good condition and fantastic location. Breakfast offering is the highlight. Opportunities for improvement are around family-friendliness and more proactive customer service- check-In was very cold and abrupt, almost intimidating - service in the restaurant better but again lacking of some basic elements of customer friendliness, engagement with children etc."

"Das Haus gefiel der ganzen Familie; wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Mit drei Generationen unter einem Dach war es praktisch, dass wir zwei Badezimmer hatten, auch Spuelmaschine und Waschmaschine waren hilfreich. Alles war sauber, und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Der sehr nette Vermieter hatte uns sein Fahrrad zur Verfügung gestellt, so dass ich morgens Broetchen holen konnte."
