"The entire experience was wonderful starting with staff who were quick to return calls, & very accommodating. The property is on the Gunnison River and close to town. Delta is a cute little town with a great variety of restaurants and shopping. The room was large. It had a microwave, a small refrigerator, nice dresser, couch, table & chair, great king sized bed, a bedside table with lamp & charging station. We had a newly renovated handicap room. "Wonderful newly renovated boutique motel! Everything that you need is at your fingertips from coffee maker, personal ice machine & fridge & freezer. Loved the hot water on demand!! Manicured grounds with fire pit and a view to die for. Friendly owners on site!!"

"Jeanie welcomed us and got us checked in. After we got settled, she took care of us at dinner. After a day on the road, this was a nice stop for dinner and a bed. The rooms were a little bit musty, but I guess that just comes with age. Good experience overall. "

"We loved being so close to the mountain and to be able to ski in and out. However, the Tiny House heat was not very user friendly. The place would get really hot and when we tried to turn down the heat the remote would go blank. Not sure how to be able to control the temp better. Otherwise, the 5 of us fit well. "
