"It was a really bad experience! The owner of the hotel is rude and aggressive. We were charged for the breakfast even though it was included. Staff cannot speak English which makes communication difficult. However, the owner is the worst and rudest of them all. We wanted to spend the afternoon on the hotel facilities after having checked out. We were nearly screamed at that we have to leave the property as we have already checked out. The hotel has not been full, nor were a lot of people inside...

"This hotel denied my checking, after a long journey driving to merzouga from Marrakech, Hotel staff say that the hotel is overbooked , and blame it on Expedia, no communication with booking sitewebs. The surprising part is , they denied my booking , but still go with the payment. End up looking for a place to stay the old fashioned way , . Avoid avoid and avoid this place at all costs. "

"We had an amazing 2-night stay at Kam Kam camps. We were welcomed graciously with tea and treats (as is typical in Morocco). The camp grounds were beautiful. Our tent was perfectly comfortable with gorgeously decorated, but still fairly simple as is expected when camping in the desert. Dinner was delicious and you definitely will not go hungry. "We stayed at this hotel one night. The property itself is beautiful. The rooms are very nice. Pool area is big and clean. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The other staff seemed sad and unhappy. Not as friendly as we’ve experienced at other facilities in Marrakech and Fes. Dinner was very good. Breakfast was very light... no fruits was disappointing. I would stay at this property again."
