" It says it is all inclusive total lie! When you check in, they give a time sheet for the food service. No alcohol is included, no canned drinks (nonalcohol) included, you can not even get coffee, they have a set timing for Turkish coffee if you want to drink. We still checked in and a room was given we went upstairs and the bathroom was dirty. My nephews, my mother and I was supposed to stay together at the family room. "The description of this hotel on Orbitz needs to be updated. Let’s be honest here. This is not a resort. The pool and surrounding areas is filthy. There was signage all over the hotel indicating it was a “resort” abd I kept asking myself “how is this possible”? The hotel is no where close to the beach so the photos on Orbitz were misleading. The views from the hotel were disappointing from room 505 showed old buildings that were not completed. I ordered a room for 4 adults but we were...
