"I booked for one adult and one child , but they provide only one blanket and one towel !!!! I tried to talk to them friendly , but one stuff was shouting and other one didn't accept to provide another blanket for my child , as a result I had to leave the hotel an request a refund for other 2 night. More over , the towel and mattres sheet was damaged !!! As my first time I had seen hotel provide a damaged items at room."

"The description of this hotel on Orbitz needs to be updated. Let’s be honest here. This is not a resort. The pool and surrounding areas is filthy. "The fitness facility was terrible. Old and broken equipment. The staff was smoking in the spa are despite the sign saying “no smoking.” The room was hot and i was unable to cool it. The shower was warm, not hot. The staff was nice at the desk. The breakfast was not very good. I have noticed Wyndham resorts are no longer nice. Whenever I goto a Wyndham resort, they are broken, old and in poor condition. Wyndham resorts have a very low standard for their properties. "
