"Last minute stay for New Year at such a bargain price. The hotel is being renovated and the room we stayed in had not been renovated yet, it was dated and needed some TLC . Room was clean, receptionist and the house keeping manager both excellent and for the price we paid we were more than happy with our lovely stay. "This was a really lovely house to stay for a week in Little Haven. It was very quiet, just a five minute walk into Little Haven which is a very sweet village. The house was easy to use, well equipped(butt need to bring bath and hand towels) and the heating was perfectly set so we didn’t not have to change the settings at all(mid to late October). The stairs were not a problem for any of us who were all in late 70s."

A little tricky if you have a lot of luggage due to the stairs and distance from pullover spot, but worth it for the incredible view.
