"This is a nice summer stay. The beach is just across the road (a busy road). It has everything you need. However, as an off season it is not so great. There’s a very good heat pump so being cold was not the issue, it’s the door. Not sealed well so it rattled with the wind and let in cold air. I sealed it with a newspaper to stop the rattle and cold air. The floor is also somewhat slippery when shoes are wet from rain. I all minor when there during the summer. "

"The house is cozy, quick walk to the beach. A bit drafty in the colder temps despite the heaters. Mostly near the back door and windows. Bedding was very comfortable. Leslie was quick to help as needed. "

"This place is so close to the beach that it was closer than the public restrooms. There are plenty of places to eat within a 5 minute walk. Getting to the beach is a 2 minute walk...3 if you're a slow walker. We stayed in room 2. It's small but it has everything you need. Kitchen is stocked for cooking if you're so inclined, but why would you? You're on vacation. The bunkbeds are nice if you have kids. I'd only ask the owner to add some kind of rail for the top bunk. "Location great. View from front window stunning. Deck on back not front of condo - view of water limited. Property owner very responsive. Property a bit more worn than photos depict. Needs screen on bedroom window and back door. Perhaps cleaning staff should more aggressively address kitchen floor, cabinets and drawers, soiled rug in living room, etc. Not deal-breakers - but needs a bit of TLC. "

"This was the second year we have rented the cottage. It's a beautiful location right on the beach with walking distance to restaurants and bars. We have always found it to be exceptionally neat and clean. We had a couple issues with appliances, and as soon as I put a call in, Taylor took care of everything in a quick manor. We found everyone to be so friendly in all the other units and there was never a problem sharing the space with other renters. I would highly recommend this property. ...
