"We planned a family overnight with our adult children. This house/stay exceeded our expectations. From booking, check in, and the time at the house; the owner was super helpful! We were able to text with questions and always received a quick response. The house was well decorated, clean, and well stocked. Unfortunately, we only stayed for 1 night but definitely plan to return for a longer visit next time! We highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a nice quiet getaway!"

"This was an excellent choice for our trip to Cooperstown for a baseball tournament. It was an easy 15 minute drive to Dreams Park. The house had plenty of room for all 12 of us, including a second cottage for someone needing a little more peace and quiet. The communication from the host was over the top. The "app" they created about the house, its amenities, and the surrounding area was great. I would highly recommend this location for any large family or group that has kids playing at...

"This property was perfect for our getaway. We booked the house to blend a visit to Cooperstown with some lakeside down time. We were not disappointed. The property was pristinely clean upon arrival and offered everything we needed for our stay. Not to mention the View. It's hard to tear your eyes away from the lake. Brendon was super helpful and communicative. Would definitely recommend this property."
