"This is a very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment located a few minutes drive from St Martin de Belleville and the ski slopes of the fantastic 3 Valleys. Like most ski accommodation, it is quite compact but all facilities are relatively new and modern and work well for a family of 4. The views from the apartment are good and Les Varcins is a pretty place to stay with a few traditional chalet style buildings. Shops and restaurants etc are in St Martin. "Great appartment in a great position! Group of 4 adults. The appartment had everything we needed. Sarah, the appartment owner was fantastic to deal with. Very easy access to Petit Moriand Gondola, then on to the rest of the valleys. Close to bars, restaurants, supermarket and bus stop. We can't wait to return."

"You could not ask for a better location, straight on to the slopes (down to a short lift) and right next to the ‘all day/evening’ lift to take you into town and back if needed. The apartment is small but clean and well equipped. When there was a problem I informed the owner who replied very quickly. Only downside is the lack of WiF. "We were not able to come in the end due to Covid, so this review is really about the host and not the property itself that we haven't seen. The host's communication was excellent. We had to change our plans due to Covid, and he was very helpful and accommodating. The covid situation went worse, so in the end we had to cancel at short notice, and again he was very proactive and understanding. The absolute best we could have hoped for, brilliant! "Ideal location to explore massive ski area, easy to get up and out avoiding queues. Little walk into 1800 centre where there is a few bars and restaurants (need to book ahead) Accommodation tidy and well presented and has everything you need. "

"My husband, two young kids (5 & 3), and myself stayed here bc compared to the hotels we thought it was a good deal. However there are lots of extra costs that don’t make it so. Nor is it entirely convenient as you have to walk quite a bit with your skis to get to the slopes. Sheets/towels aren’t provided so that will run you about 120€ extra. Then there is the issue of cleaning. We cleaned for hours the morning we checked out only to be charged a 100€ cleaning fee bc there were some minor issues...
