"I love the place, really! But the staff and breakfast was disappointing. I wanted to have a Cappuccino and she told me that she was alone and the other will come at 10 am. But she has time to play with her mobile phone all the time. Well, it was breakfast time. Suppose to have Tea and any kind of coffee ready during the time. But the property is awesome. Quite and antique."

"The property Towels were hard and dirty, The room had small roaches which is what it is your in a jungle ! Mosquito’s the worst was the outdoor light never turned of it was like sleeping with sonar lights on it seemed like it was morning but it was midnight, Turn off the lights outside OFF, C’mon you get what you pay for- Update your jogolo’s ac made weird noises at night, But the interesting thing was you could get Netflix Welcome to Borabodur "

"Sehr nettes Guest House, schöner, sehr gemütlicher Innenhof mit jeweils 2 Stühlen und 1 Tisch vor dem Zimmer. Überaus freundliches Personal, sehr hilfsbereit unter anderem beim Buchen von Touren, Flügen etc. . Frühstück sehr einfach mit scrambled egg und Toast für 5000,-... Also frühstücken lieber um die Ecke in einem der zahlreichen kleinen Restaurants. Das Guest House ist sehr zentral gelegen, man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell in der City. "The owner of this homestay is incredibly kind and helpful! Helped me get around and showed me some places. It's pretty far from everything so a bit inconvenience but very cute area with a big night street food market if it's your thing! Good a/c and internet connection as well"

"Nice , comfortable, room in a great location. Great value, without its bells and whistles that you normally found in a hotel. Rooms is rather small bits comfortable with great bedding and mattresses. Lobby hotel has coffee and hot water option. I stayed at second floor, it’s quiet, perfect place to crash and I will not recommending it for a long stay. You got what you paid for. I will be back "

An exceptional heritage hotel to Yogyakarta

"The interior from the entrance to reception and lobby has a spacious character of a forest. Muted colour grace the ID peppered with Batik elements and sympathetic art works streaming to the bedrooms. The pool in the podium block is breath taking in quiet intimacy with the landscape, bringing you away from the madding crowds. Such a pleasure to celebrate our vacation with this project which reflects timelessness between tradition and modernity. Congratulations to the architects. A+!! "

Noise from the restaurant

"The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room is located at 7flr and the restaurant is on the 8flr just above our room. During our stay there, we are always awaken by the noise above as the restaurant is getting ready for breakfast every morning. "
