The host offered us to reschedule our stay. We were so shocked and grateful because we were so excited to stay at this beautiful spot but were way past the cancellation period. Only complaint-tv remote did not work due to dead batteries with no replacements. But we made due with no issues! Would stay here again in a heart beat!"
