"Citizenm was a great stay for a solo traveller. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff helped me out on arrival as I was running late. The lady helped me with a quick check-in and stored my baggage in a secure room while I had to dash out. The bar staff were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was a buffet with some hot options and plenty of bagels, toast, continental options. This also included a hot or cold coffee."

"I was so happy I chose this hotel. The area apparently is not safe but I am still so happy I chose this place. The location was easy to find and the check in was so smooth and pleasant. We got a room that faced a street but it barely has traffic and it was so quiet because of the double set of sliding glass doors. The room is not small. It has a sink and kitchenette. The room was clean and very well appointed. I love the placement and number of garbage cans! It's so annoying when there aren't enough garbage cans. Washroom is a good size & bed was comfy too. It was so easy to get the parking across the street. We also took the bus directly from central downtown and it was so convenient when we had very heavy bags of goods. Literally hop on hop off. It was about a 20 minute walk to Pine/Pike Street. Finally, the hotel is so close to many restaurants. We mostly walked for breakfasts and late night food! It was so good to see the area. Some areas nearby have weird people but I had no problem with it. I would come back again. "

Fully automated lights and curtains with ability to chromecasy your favorite apps to the TV! Amazing views. Good good. This hotel had it all! "
