"The hotel is clean and well maintained and very centrally located. Check-in was hassle free and we received a phone call an hour after we arrived to make sure we were comfortable. Our room was well maintained with a tasteful and minimal Mediterranean aesthetic. I love that every room has a balcony and jaw dropping view. The staff here are the stars of the show. For breakfast the buffet is excellent and one of the servers, Eleanora was absolutely exceptional. She is kind and sweet and does everything with a smile and efficiency. I also had dinner at the restaurant and our server, Giuseppe, really gave a 5 star dining experience. I was pleasantly surprised with the caliber of food and service in the restaurant. "

"Our stay at the Majestic was wonderful. The room was beautiful and having a balcony with a spectacular view was especially nice. Staff and service were excellent. The walk to Sorrento was about 15 minutes which was no problem for our group. There are also some restaurants and shops close to the hotel just not as many as Sorrento. We absolutely enjoyed staying at the Majestic and I would highly recommend a stay there. "

"Property and staff were great. Complementary breakfast was also fantastic. Area itself is quiet. Only thing that location is quite remote, thankfully had a car. They do offer free shuttle service so you can make it work. "

"The hotel is located on a very beautiful hilltop. You can see the sea view from the balcony of the room. The staff is very friendly and patiently explains how to use public transportation. The breakfast is very delicious and the staying is very comfortable."

"Amazing hotel and staff. Delicious restaurant and their breakfast great too.They are super helpful they arranged our taxi services to Naples. Thank God this place has a porter to help with the luggage. Those who have stayed in Positano known how hard it is to walk down and up stairs with luggage. We stayed in the ocean view with a balcony room and it was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again."
