"I can’t speak highly enough of supervisor Franco and the staff at the Diplomatic Hotel. Franco personally assisted me when I needed emergency medical attention for a badly twisted knee coming out of an airplane. The staff lent me a wheelchair and shower chair for the whole 4 days of my visit enabling me to join my friends on day trip outings. The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated and the rooms large enough to fit the wheelchair (with some effort in the bathroom). Thanks all. It was the best time possible given my injury. "

"Highly recommend! We stayed here on our honeymoon and it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy Mendoza. We stayed in a Villa in the vineyards it was incredible waking up amongst the vines (and an amazing view of the Andes). It was quiet, clean, and the a/c worked great. The breakfast had high quality food and the service was amazing. The hotel team was only one text away and they helped arranged a wine tour and taxi rides for us. Would definitely stay again."
