"The location is perfect, a few blocks away from the center plaza and many little cafes and restaurants, located on a quiet street, very safe area. "The hotel is well located close to many wineries. The view from our room to the Andes was breathtaking. Room and staff were excellent. The curinary experience was out of this world (cheers to the chef). Two things I found that need to improve: 1) communication; we came in on a Sunday midday and were not told the spa (famous) was not opened on Monday. "The best part about our stay was the service. The people working at the front desk were incredibly helpful starting months before our stay. Using WhatsApp, I spoke with them from the US and they helped coordinate and plan several of our activities, including a great couples massage on premise. I also told them we were staying for my wife’s birthday and they gave us a bottle of champagne free of charge and bought a cake from a local bakery that was ready when we arrived. "Our room was comfortable and spacious and bathroom worked well. Check-in was good but we had a few issues with room access only being available through a phone app. Had no other communication with staff until we checked out 5 days later. Breakfast is ok but doesn’t vary very much and all self-service. Nice to have an outside space with a pool but sadly this area is rather neglected with food and drink remains being left for several hours and even overnight. We felt uneasy walking around this...
