Two things I found that need to improve: 1) communication; we came in on a Sunday midday and were not told the spa (famous) was not opened on Monday. Check-in was good but we had a few issues with room access only being available through a phone app. Had no other communication with staff until we checked out 5 days later. "The property is definitely showing it’s age. We had multiple rooms and all of them just had a film of dirt on the floors, as though they hadn’t been mopped in months. The stone in the rooms were chipping all over the place. The AC units didn’t work in some of the rooms. We lost power in two of the rooms twice. "The best part about our stay was the service. The people working at the front desk were incredibly helpful starting months before our stay. Using WhatsApp, I spoke with them from the US and they helped coordinate and plan several of our activities, including a great couples massage on premise.
