"Well, it is a three star hotel, so a three star ranking should be expected. The front desk staff was great. Helped me organise a very last minute tour that was wonderful and inexpensive. The towels had been washed a billion times. In these times of a pandemic, that might bring some comfort, but that was about the only comfort to expect from the towels. I mostly care about bed comfort and wifi. The bed was very comfortable, with memory foam pillows. The wifi was almost nonexistent in my room....

"Our room was comfortable and spacious and bathroom worked well. Check-in was good but we had a few issues with room access only being available through a phone app. Had no other communication with staff until we checked out 5 days later. Breakfast is ok but doesn’t vary very much and all self-service. Nice to have an outside space with a pool but sadly this area is rather neglected with food and drink remains being left for several hours and even overnight. We felt uneasy walking around this...
