We had to beg almost for toulet paper as they didnt put a new one when they did the room. Staff was nice and hard working. The location is really good, close to shops and restaurants. "

"The front desk people were very pleasant and cheerful. We found our room very dark, even with the curtains opened. We just looked onto walls or the parking garage. Perhaps it was just our room on the bottom floor. But the hotel was not busy at all. They could have given us a room upstairs that might not have been cave-like. When we arrived, the bathroom was not very clean. Lots of hair and bits of things on the floor and in the shower. We did enjoy the breakfast been brought to our room."

"The hotel has a nondescript, plain lobby with a super welcoming and eager-to-help attendant; the room is rather simple but quite nice. It is located on a quiet side street, near many sights and restaurants. I would definitely recommend and stay there in my next visit to Mendoza."

A entrada do hotel andino estava suja, também o quarto estava sujo e as cadeiras rasgadas. Optamos pelo Hotel Pacífico muito melhor. "The bathroom basically is the problem the shower is outside the bathroom (Wired never seen it) very uncomfortable There were no hangers on the bathroom not even for towels. "Great stay, the apartment looks new. There was a light breakfast waiting for us in the fridge when we got there and the location is very walkable to sightsee downtown Mendoza. My only complaints would be that the apartment is lightly furnished, so sound travels (though the area is pretty quiet and we never heard of neighbors, but we were always afraid we were making too much noise when moving chairs after eating, for example)."
