"My wife and I spent a week on vacation in Kalamazoo. This apartment was ideally situated within walking distance of downtown, the Kzoo mall, many restaurants. Parking was easy in a private lot. K-zoo’s location also made for great day trips to the surrounding areas. We would definitely stay here again when visiting K-zoo."

The pictures and description are accurate, which was helpful toward making a decision and being happy about it. The owner’s are considerate and thoughtful. "This property was in a convenient location and the neighbors were very pleasant. The park across the street was great! At surface level everything appeared clean but it really wasn’t acceptable. There was trash under the furniture, behind the TVs, under the couch, inside of the couch etc. The baseboards, door frames and baseboard heaters were all dirty. "The property was exactly what we expected. It was very clean, cozy and perfect. I traveled with a friend and my 2 kids (9 and 12) with our dogs. We all had enough room and it was great. Cute place and very well put together. Would rate a 10/10!"

"The apartment was lovely, clean, well-appointed. But there was an outstanding drawback for those with mobility issues. We are seniors and found climbing the stairs outside the building treacherous, so much that we made an effort to be inside before dark. Lower level stairs were made with 1-2 inch rock and railroad ties, very unsteady. One of the railings was missing too."
