"We always love going sprowston manor as we married their 20 years ago so for us its the meaning behind the visit. The staff are always amazing but the hotel rooms are tatty and in need of a revamp. Pillows are lumpy and mattess toppers stained. Its the little things like do not desturn signs, having 2 pillows each which are just not there anymore. Breakfast is also standard now and not the quality it used to be. I cannot fault the spa and will always go back but am looking forward to seeing some...

Check-in was easy with guidance sent in advance, and the room was cleaned well during the day. The accomodation was clean and comfortable, although the common areas were unlit during the day so quite dark. A small amount of shampoo and shower gel was provided, and the room had a kettle. "3rd floor room, on front, road noise was very evident at all hours ... could also here other guests returning from being out at 4 am in the morning. And neighbours tv on early morning and late evening , so could improve with better sound proofing , we would stay again as it was a nice comfortable stay and it was a lovely breakfast. Thank you "
