"Owner is very kind and responsive. The local manager is kind also and speak English well. There was an issue for a day and half where our master shower was not working due to a missing piece so our family of five needed to use the smaller unit. Not a problem but just inconvenience. I had to be proactive in this communication but after the owner personally called and wanted to make sure the unit issue was addressed. They did get then handy man to come and fix it. "What a really nice place to stay"

"The house and pool area is well maintained and comfortable. Our only issue was the host made up only a single bed (queen ) with only a single pillow per person. We sleep with (2) pillows each - there were no additional bedding anywhere in the house. Also just a set of 2 towels per person for the week’s stay. We were renting a (3) bedroom property ; the host could have left additional bedding and towels which was the case in the other places we stayed in during this trip."

"First the POSITIVE: Beautiful home with an incredible view. Lots of space, wonderful furnishings. Local managers are responsive and helpful when we asked about pool temperature (too cold to use most days), beach towels (locked up and unavailable), bike condition (broken and un usable). Note the listing also indicates a clothes dryer is available - but is is not functional. The NEGATIVE: "Musty, stale smell" (from the basement presumably) so penetrates the house that the smell is always present....
