There are a few restaurants within walking distance as well. "We loved the place! It’s adorable and well appointed with necessities. My only complaint (and the reason I gave four stars rather than five) is the bed. I would recommend the owners invest in an actual bed with a comfortable mattress. The sofa bed is not comfortable for sleeping. Otherwise it’s a great little place in a beautiful location, and the owners are very accommodating."

"The Scenic View Lodge in Lancaster PA is an awesome quiet getaway. It's peaceful and just what we needed to get away from all the crowds. The Sunrise's are awesome, and the rental has everything we needed. The hosts are very nice as well. They even baked some muffins for us upon arrival. This is the 2nd time staying there and would deffinitely stay again. "
