"Excellent location with lovely views. We visited late September and could find sun in the garden, when it shone, anytime of the day. The villa is well equipped. The lift was a bonus getting suitcases upstairs. The pool is small but well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Rubbish removed regularly . We enjoyed the games room in the basement."

"We used this home as our base as we traveled each day exploring Italy. As a base location, we did not cook or use most of the kitchenware so I can't speak to its adequacy. I would suggest providing more trash liners and some ziplock baggies for guests. The House really smells like tobacco - in particular the left room on the first floor and the living room. 2. ⁠we found an women slip hanging at the window in bathroom of first floor 😣 3. ⁠there was garbage in the kitchen below sink. "Beautiful villa nestled in a quiet edge of a small town. Comfortable with a large pool and great outdoor areas! Paola met us and took us through everything we needed to know and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Central for touring Lake Como, Milan, Valpolicella, or areas south. We did have a chef in for two nights dinners and that was awesome. I would recommend this nice villa!"
