"My wife and I spent our anniversary at Shinola. The staff went above and beyond to make our time there special. We received champagne upon check-in. We also were brought a complementary bottle of wine! We also realized we wanted a room with a tub and when we inquired about the front desk helped us get an awesome room with an incredible view of Woodward and a tub. This was our 3rd stay at Shinola and we loved every second! "

"This was my first time staying but not my last! This hotel was clean, staff was pleasant and helpful, and it's directly across from a parking structure (about $35 for an overnight stay, in around 430 out by 11) so you can easily park yourself or use valet if you wanted. I loved the free shuttle option to get us to and from our concert at LCA. I also loved then when we left, the location it's right around the corner from the highway. The only bummer about the room is that the bathroom has one of those frosted clear walls so when someone is in the bathroom, you can't see them, but the light of the bathroom illuminates the bedroom."
