"Staying in Kisifia is great. The metro train can take you to Piraeus port to catch ferrys. It is also a good way to go to Athens. The Hotel Des Roses has a great breakfast. Friendly staff and it is kept very clean. I will return because it was a great value. And because the dining and shopping were within walking distance. I can see why Kisifia is a very desirable location to live."

"The Ark Residence was a fantastic property as a base for us to enjoy Athens from. We were walking distance to almost all of the attractions on our list including the Acropolis (including museum), the Agora, the Plaka, the National Museum just to name a few; and we were walking distance to the excellent metro system that took us to Piraeus on the coast. "Definitely an upscale vibe to this spot. Close to high end shopping and also more economical shopping. The train station was a short walking distance to the apartment. All the amenities are top notch. The hostess was fantastic and most welcoming. She was really available any time we needed anything. We booked this place because it was mid way thru our trip and we needed a washer/dryer. It was perfect. The breakfast was really great too! So much food. We highly recommend staying here! "
