"The property was spacious and very clean. The maid cleaned the room everyday with fresh towels. You are in the middle of the centre of the old town so lots of walking. Our television was not working on arrival but was replaced with a new one within days. The staff were so friendly and polite and gave us a bottle of wine so say sorry for the television not working. All I would say is we missed not having a balcony to sit out on and dry towels etc but that was an oversight on our part. We also...

"I only spent 1 night in Diana but I really enjoyed my stay there. It’s only 2mins away from the central bus stop and it’s walkable distance from city centre. The lady owner is really friendly and the place is spotless and bed was comfortable. I liked that I had kettle in my room and some complementary coffee. Great place if you want like me to explore Chania for a bit and later on move somewhere else into different part of the island. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed here for our honeymoon. This was such an ideal place to stay in the old town of Chania. Everyone was so so kind, welcoming, and helpful. There was a mini kitchen in our room which was so convenient, and we were greeted with a thoughtful gift of wine, water, fruit, coffee, tea, and candies. The room was spotless. "The Mosaic is a lovely, bright, modern comfortable spot. It is near the central bus station and within close walking distance of old town. But what makes the Mosaic most special is their reception staff. I wanted to walk the Samaria ( just beautiful) and have my luggage meet me in Sougia. They made several phone calls and figured out how to make that happen and made reservations for me on the bus so that my trip could proceeds as planned. Thank you so much!"

"Very clean, central, great staff. A great one night stay. Highly recommend. Greeted on arrival by the owner with her own fresh homemade cake. Property within a 10 minute walk to the old port. One note, the hotel is across from the bus station. Great for those taking off on a tour or another destination on the island. We had no problem with noise but light sleepers may want to try and stay in a rural area outside the city. "

"We can only recommend Theos Village very highly. My partner and I stayed for a few nights. We felt like the family were treating us like family. There wasn’t anything we missed. The food and drinks were delicious, the pool was great in the afternoon after the beach, the apartment was spacious and comfortable. We will miss Jotta’s stories, Alex’s drinks and Michael’s excellent coffee. We will definitely be back. :-)"
