"Needs additional soundproofing, loud street and alley traffic. Floorboards safety issue not only gaps but also warped boards. Multiple large Palmetto bugs come into house at nighttime . Beds were comfy. Beautiful 7 foot mirrors through home which adds to the Savannah charm. Parking is a hassle. Residential side free parking if you can find some spaces. The other side of street you have to pay. You also have to triple check All street signs as to when you have to move your vehicle for the street...

"Took a quick weekend with our teenage son. Dayle was proactive and responsive. Property was exactly as advertised. Guest house sits in the back of his large fenced property. It’s nicely decorated and very comfortable. If you’re looking for something a little off the beaten path, but still within 30 minutes of Savannah we would highly recommend."

Uber if you have one of those places if you feel it’s too far to walk (still cheaper than renting a car). This place is central to everything. "
