This 3 bedroom house is the ideal accommodation for any traveler seeking convenience and comfort. There are 3 bedrooms and 4 beds including a sofa bed for up to 7 people. No need to worry about parking – there are plenty of car spaces available.
You'll be provided with all the essentials: bed linens, bath towels, hair dryer, shampoo, body wash, TV, Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave, hot water kettle, cooking basis, cutlery and a highchair and so on.
You will have full access to the lower lever place during your stay. The garage and upper floor rooms are not available to access.

We would always aim to not intrude on your stay if at all possible and would not come into the house during your stay, unless invited or needed for urgent maintenance works or stock management.
Ringwood is an eastern suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Mitcham and Nunawading are neighbouring suburbs to the west, while Wantirna and Heathmont are below. Croydon is also nearby, and if you go north you’ll soon be in Warrandyte.

Ringwood is well served by public transport, with three train stations. Ringwood station stands directly opposite Eastland, with Heatherdale station and the smaller Ringwood East station close by. Both the Belgrave and Lilydale lines will get you to Ringwood station and Heatherdale station, while only the Lilydale service stops at Ringwood East. There are lots of bus routes too and it's very easy to reach the suburb by car.

* Please keep your pet out of any carpeted areas or on rugs.
* If your pet causes any damage or additional cleaning is required, excess cleaning fees may be passed on to you, including the replacement of any linen that has been soiled.
* Pets are not allowed to be left unattended in the unit and should not be allowed to enter the unit wet or dirty.

• The actual total number of guests, including children, must be entered and registered as guests on the booking. Unregistered guests are not permitted.
• Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited.
• Loud music or noise will not be tolerated; Please keep noise levels down after 10:00 pm and before 8.00 am.
• Parties or events are strictly prohibited on the property.
• Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.
• Please turn off the A/C and lights when you go out.
• Please keep the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost it.
• We request that guests take responsibility for their trash by sorting it into the correct council bins.
• Do not leave excess rubbish behind! Empty all bins inside the room and take away all excess rubbish upon departure.
• Arrival instructions will be emailed on the check-in date.
• To ensure your comfort and convenience, we have provided an initial supply of essential amenities such as toilet paper rolls. Should you require additional supplies, you can find local stores nearby where you can easily purchase them.

* Please leave the property clean and tidy. Clean the oven and kitchen after use; otherwise a $80 fee will apply.
* We request that guests take responsibility for their trash by sorting it into the correct council bins. This will help keep our community clean and sustainable.
* Do not leave excess rubbish behind! Empty all bins inside the room and take away all excess rubbish upon departure. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge will apply if excess rubbish is left behind.
* Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.
* Please turn off the air-conditioner & lights when you go out.
* Remember to return the house key to the lockbox at check-out. Lock and key replacement charges will apply if you lose it or not return it.
* Early check-in is subject to availability upon request, and an additional fee of $20 per hour will apply.
* Parking at a carport is available in the backyard and plenty of off-street parking for free and unlimited. There is a 24-hour security camera at the front of the house.
* The minimum age for guests is 30 years old. This means that someone who is under this age limit cannot book a stay for themselves.
