Brighton Abode is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, pet friendly (on request) townhouse in Brighton.

This classically styled 2 storey townhouse is tucked away at the rear of a gated apartment group and offers 3 secluded outdoor spaces for your enjoyment.

The open plan living and dining features rich hardwood floors with an ornamental fireplace. Cook and create in the fully equipped kitchen and step through French doors from the living space into the tranquil front courtyard where you can relax in privacy. Enjoy dining al fresco at the 6 seater table as you fire up the BBQ in the rear paved courtyard. Stay comfortable at Brighton Abode no matter what the season with ducted heating throughout, plus evaporative cooling upstairs.

Upstairs, 3 carpeted bedrooms welcome you to snooze in harmony, with luxurious handcrafted Australian made beds. Both bedrooms have access through French doors to the north facing terrace. 2 upstairs bathrooms (one main, one ensuite) plus a downstairs powder room and fully functioning laundry complete this home away from home.

Single lock up garage parking for 1 car and internal access, guests can leave the car at home and walk to local Brighton shops, cafes, beach and transport.

Brighton Abode is ideal for families, or couples who are travelling to Melbourne for vacation or relocation, and would suit corporate travellers who are seeking a delightful home in a great location.

Disappointing
Great location, safe, secure, quiet but the property is tired and needs some maintenance and updating inside and out. The online photos and descriptions are out of date; the current condition of this property is very different to what they advertise. Not worth the money!
