4 Bedroom Cozy Getaway Pool house in the Heart of Melbourne

This home is ten minutes from the beach, five minutes from Wickham Park, one hour from Orlando, and close to some great spots to eat and hang out! There is a beautiful fenced in private pool in the backyard with chairs and a grill to relax and an updated open kitchen with extra counter space. All of the appliances you need, and the kitchen comes ready with pots, pans, a coffee machine, and microwave. Four bedrooms with three queen beds and a 1 full beds, so you can comfortably sleep eight people at this house.

Perfect for Us
We loved staying here. The pool was amazing and where we spent most of our time because my kiddos (age 11 and 4) prefer the pool over the beach. It was such a short drive to the beach and other local shops/restaurants. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would come back.

Perfect, cozy home. The backyard was perfect for the family to swim and cookout! House includes everything you’d need (towels, beach towels, wash cloths, etc..) location was wonderful with lots of beaches and wonderful seafood! Would HIGHLY recommend!

This property was exactly as described! There were small minor concerns and heard back immediately. Property was very comfortable for everyone and had everything that was needed and more. The pool was amazing. I will definitely rent this property again when visiting family.

The house was clean, comfortable, and as described. The pool was great. The neighborhood is a little run-down but we felt safe. The location is great with easy access to Wickem Road, 192, Eue Galle, and US1, We added this one to our favorite list. The only problem was we got some incorrect information in our welcome email from Vrbo. The owner quickly resolved this.

The house was great. We very much enjoyed our stay. Quiet and relaxing. Close to the beach and many great restaurants and shopping. The host was quick to respond. Which made our stay easy from the outside when we first arrived I thought this house was going to be tiny. It was not it was very spacious and well laid out. Great quiet place to stay, close to everything.
The house had more than enough room, huge tv, and spacious rooms. The house is on a dead end street, so it was pretty quiet. Great eat in kitchen with everything you need for your stay. The only thing I would change is better outdoor seating, the adirondack chairs were broke and the loungers were missing some pieces which made them a little unsteady, but the pool was awesome with a privacy fence in back yard. I highly recommend this house for your families stay or just a couples getaway. Close to attractions and shopping just down the street. Will definitely stay at this location again.....Thank you Cole.

We had a bad start to our stay when we got a message from Cole letting us know the queen bed in master bedroom was broke and wouldn’t be fixed for our first night and as it turns out our second night. That meant one of the couples had to sleep on a full sized bed which is pretty smal for two. I have to commend cole for letting us know of the situation even before our arrival. So we were prepared. I don’t know what day/when the previous renters left but it’s too bad there wasn’t time to get a replacement bed in place before we arrived. But on a positive note, we really enjoyed watching movies on the comfy sectional. There were no issues with being able to use the cable service and the channel selection was great. We utilized the kitchen island for snacks and beverages, it was nice and clean and spacious for eating. Really wish the pool was heated, found it to be way to cold to utilized in January. That was a bummer because pool was one of the reasons we picked the house. We appreciated the dining suggestions, went to squid lips and that little cafe and definitely enjoyed the food. The queen bed in the spare room wasn’t very comfy for us, it seemed to sag in middle. But maybe that was just us. If we hadn’t run into the bed issues and cold pool, I would have given 5 stars as very clean, nice location close to cocoa beach, spacious etc.
