Large cozy house with 5 bedrooms and comfy King and Queen beds ideal for family or group getaways. On the Snowmobile and ATV trails. Lots of great hunting nearby and on property if you have a licence. Close to many ski resorts in the area. Beautiful views, horse facilities and trout stocked ponds. Lounge on the wrap around porches and view the many birds and wildlife. This is an ideal setting for events and family reunions or just relax and enjoy the quite country life. Our children are all at school and we would like to travel more so house exchange is ideal for us. Regards Troy and Laura

Lovely, comfortable and homey
Ladies weekend away was a great success due to the lovely property. We enjoyed a refreshing walk in the morning and the house accommodated all 7 of us. We had a hiccup when we first arrived but Laura took care of it immediately and ended up not impacting our weekend away. Highly recommend

The cottage and property is absolutely breathtaking - pictures don't do it justice! Laura was quick to respond to any questions and provided us with a lovely experience overall. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone and everyone!

Just beautiful!
We had a 3 generation family vacation. The property was just beautiful, the ponds and lawns we out of a painting! The kids loved trying to catch frogs at the pond and saying hello to the lovely horses every morning. It was utter bliss in this amazing piece of the world. Thank you Laura and Troy for a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful, spacious and clean home on a stunning property!
My girlfriends and I booked this house for Ladies Day at Mansfield Ski Club and we absolutely LOVED it! With a large open concept living room/dining room and big comfortable bedrooms, this place is ideal for large groups. From the minute you walk in, you feel warm and cozy. It is very clean and well maintained. Laura was very nice to speak with and quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely book this place again next year!

This is a great holiday home with an ideal set-up for big groups; large principal rooms, well stocked kitchen, big dining table and plenty of space indoors and out. The house and grounds are beautiful and very well maintained.

beautiful elegant and peaceful
As you can see in the photos it shows the property is beautiful, but wait until you see it in person! Its amazing! We came there to gather our friends and family and the home have accommodated very well our celebration because it was very spacious and it has an amazing open concept. The place is affordable and is easy to get there from Toronto. There is a nearby grocery, pizza place (they do deliveries!) and other restaurants. We'll definitely comeback next time!
