I didn’t look at that closely when I booked and was disappointed because I wanted to be in the sun. On the plus side, it was breezy up there, so very refreshing on a hot day. It's very close to the red light district which has loads of bars and restaurants - not all are sleazy! Try Juniper Hotel bar on the 12th floor. Great views. "Overall, a great lil hotel nestled in the inner suburbs of the city - close to many tourist attractions by taxi. A shame the rooftop bar wasn’t pumping - the nights we were there there seemed nobody came through. Nice small pool area - smaller than in the pictures, but still very good. Most staff were able to communicate in English which helped greatly. Breakfast was nice = some good options, enough to get you going for the day. A cute lil hotel worth its weight in gold. "We stayed here for 4 nights and had a studio room. This wasn’t our first time in the city so we didn’t do the normal touristy things. Rather we were here to spend time with a charity and the down time we had was going to be spent by the pool. The hotel was a little oasis, so quiet and peaceful on the inside despite the noise and bustle outside. It’s a lovely layout, and sitting around the pool at breakfast was very relaxing.
