"This is an adequate place to stay if you go in with the expectation that it is a homestay, not a hotel. All staff were very friendly and courteous. The floor was quite clean but the room was very basic and old, with dirty walls. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. A light breakfast is included but other amenities listed on Expedia were not: for example, there is no daily housekeeping and no toiletries, not even soap! We did get towels and toilet paper upon request! Also note there is NO HOT...

"Lovely stay. Staff very friendly but let you get on with your own schedule. Would recommend bringing your own water bottle or buying drinks from shop as amenities are only from your room. This didnt bother us though and it was a great stay."

Wayan met us at the cruise ship at the start of our stay and took us to the airport at the end of our stay. His wife prepare tasty Balinese breakfasts for us each morning plus a couple wonderful dinners we ordered. Their daughter was a dancer in the Balinese show we watched at the community temple. "The place was beautiful! I felt very safe walking around at night, and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The pool was awesome, every night of our stay we had a drink with our feet in the pool. It was lovely!"
