"Friendly reception, although limited English, so had to try my limited French. Arrived around 20:00 and was encouraged to take dinner as soon as possible. Service and food very good, excellent use of local produce and wine, simple but tasty. Good choices of a la carte and day's specials. Room was comfortable and spacious, some noise from the nearby road, but nothing that affected sleep. I did not try the breakfast as I was still full from the previous evening. Friendly farewell. "Anthony's customer service was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Only comment--since the hotel just opened the day before our arrival, they could have been more prepared for the arrival of guests. I wasn't able to use the spa due to the jacuzzi needing service. Also, the coffee machine didn't work and toaster oven had some issues. All these could have been checked before opening up the hotel. However, even with these minor incidents, overall stay was great!"
