"This apartment was very comfortable with all the ammenities you need. Very quick walk (5 min) to the old town area. City bus stop 2 min walk- takes you to the beach area in 15 minutes. Nicola and Giorgos were great hosts. Very quick with communications and helpful suggestions. I highly recommend this property."

The property is modern and with all the amenities stated on the site. Victoria and her husband were great - checking in with us and making sure everything was going well. "Great little spot just on the edge of the busy part of Kalamata. The unit had everything we needed and the private pool was a nice bonus to cool off. Would recommend this place to anyone. "Very nice clean and simple apartment. We had all that we needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. We didn't spend much time in the apartment except to sleep and shower. Has an elevator which is helpful. The host also provides a good parking spot just a block away. He was very nice."
