"The place was perfect for our family of four. The location is amazing, right off the main strip. Walking distance to pretty much everything. The property is modern and with all the amenities stated on the site. Victoria and her husband were great - checking in with us and making sure everything was going well. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Great little spot just on the edge of the busy part of Kalamata. The unit had everything we needed and the private pool was a nice bonus to cool off. Would recommend this place to anyone. The black out automatic blinds made sleeping in so nice. Extra nice touch was the juice and water in the fridges. Great experience overall."

"This apartment was very comfortable with all the ammenities you need. Very quick walk (5 min) to the old town area. City bus stop 2 min walk- takes you to the beach area in 15 minutes. Nicola and Giorgos were great hosts. Very quick with communications and helpful suggestions. I highly recommend this property."

"Very nice clean and simple apartment. We had all that we needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. We didn't spend much time in the apartment except to sleep and shower. Has an elevator which is helpful. The host also provides a good parking spot just a block away. He was very nice."

"My second time here but this time i have a much different perspectjve as i broke my leg on vacation and have mobity issues. There are stairs at the entrance of the buiding. and then again once you get off the elevator. The rail is loose on the lower set and there is no rail on the walkable side of the upper stairs. The sensor light turns off after a few seconds and your on a dangerous stairway in the dark my friend fell due to this. They are quite trecherous if you have heavy luggage as well....

"Spent a few weeks at this home while in Kalamata. The location is fantastic with nice beaches in short walking distance. Plenty of restaurants near by as well as grocery stores as well. Parking is a bit of challenge in the evening if you try after 7pm, but not impossible. The street noise wasn’t loud and didn’t effect anyone in our party. We all were extremely happy with our stay, and hope to stay again next summer!"

"This was the perfect spot for us with everything we wanted. All within walking distance. A beach, taverns and cafe’s, gift shops and close to the center. Easy parking but also the bus is also right there. The apartment was very clean with everything you need! Home away from home. Georgia the owner was very responsive and Spiridoula who met us was on time, very friendly and very sweet. I would highly recommend it and I would come back again. It will not disappoint. "We spent just under 3 weeks in the Peloponnese and this mansion was our home base. It was so excellent we didn't want to leave. Great pool and hot tub, spacious, lots of fruit trees that were in season, a taverna within walking distance and beaches that were perfect for sunning and playing in the Aegean.
