"Where do i start? Incredible. Upgrade on arrival, total suprise. Welcome drinks on arrival and departure. Room was clean and the breakfast served every morning was of a high standard. If I ever return to Santorini this would be the place I would stay and reccomend to anyone."

"They customer service was excellent. We arranged transportation though the hotel which was very easy. They reached out to us and coordinated everything. The porters also brought our stuff to our room. The hot tub could be a little bit warmer but it’s a fixed temperature. Overall great service and location. Warning, there are a few sets of stairs to get to the hotel. "

"The resort is very spacious and maintained well by the staff (they clean the common area from time to time). There are many swimming pools but unfortunately still cold for Apr (would be good if have an indoor pool or hot Jacuzzi). The front gate to supermarket is very near but the pavement is still under construction so the walk is a bit horrible as you might walk on the edge of the road and watch out the traffic. There's also a back end of exit which leads to a main road and has a few restaurants as well. I booked the loft style room for family to stay and it is quite spacious for the area. Kids liked the stay"
