"Apartment was very tidy and plenty of room and would probably stay there again. The only issues were that the shower constantly dribbled all night (needs new washer). Car parking was good the first night. Someone took our park the second night. We had to park on the street. 2 or 3 broken cars around the property made it look untidy. "

"Check in is a nightmare. Messages from 2 different mobile numbers, requests for details (phot of ID and selfies) outside of Hotels app and has to download another app to be able to access in addition to 2 codes for the entry doors. Key fob provided only once in the apartment and if you don’t have this you still need the separate app and 1 of the 2 codes. Advertised as a 3 bedroom and when we went upstairs to set up the cot in a room, the 3rd bedroom is a study nook at the top of the stairs...

"The accommodation and location was incredible, the only thing myself and others I was staging with were a little bummed about was that the pool and spa weren’t available but the listing said there was a pool and spa. Not a major deal but would’ve liked to know that. Other wise incredibly happy with everything else. "

"Property in very good condition and clean with all required amenities. Communication was very poor. We were stuck outside trying to work out how to enter for a hour. I didn’t have a functioning phone or WiFi to communicate. My sister did but had problems getting contact to the owners phone number. This could have been planned at least a few days earlier with communication via email. Not everyone from the UK has a working phone in Australia without WiFi "

"Kelly was super easy to deal with. The accomodation was in a great location, super clean and comfortable. "

"Plenty of space being a two-story townhouse. The bedrooms were comfy. You were close to everything and easy to get an Uber to get around. The only negative we went to make breakfast and there wasn’t enough dinning plates or sharp knives to cut anything. More glassware would be great. "

"It’s a good property. We booked and paid for a 4BR apartment with 3 toilets They gave us only a 3 BR apartment with only 2 toilets . As a result the 3 rd family had to move out to a house of one of our friends . Though we messaged the issue , no response from owners . It was shocking "

"Apartment has lovely views of Port Stephens. It’s very clean. The bedroom with the twin beds has no windows , so the only way to ventilate this room is with the central air conditioning. There are no accessories at all including soap, although there is linen. Great location. "

"Nice apartment, with good views of area and marina. No instructions in apartment, so had to talk to managers about to find out there were override switches for fans. Windows rattled like crazy from the wind. Beds could do with an upgrade. "

"Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful I spilt some nail polish on the floor at 3:15 approximately on Monday and I immediately reported it to reception. No one came before I left for an appointment at 4:10pm that day. "The hotel is a part of Wests Leagues Club in Newcastle which has excellent dining and relaxation options. Check in was quick and painless and the car park was also easy to access. Bed was good. Whilst the property is in good condition it is starting to show its age a little bit. My room didn’t have any easily accessible power points which in this day and age is very noticeable when you have items that need charging. I also find the hallways somewhat noisy. You could hear every door slam and person walking past. "

"The room was very small but really well designed and modern. The onsite parking was expensive and a little awkward with not elevator. They did have a baggage drop off area inside the garage on the main level that we discovered afterwards. The staff were great and happy to help with directions etc. "
