"I have been going to Bulgaria for the past twenty years and the country has developed in leaps and bounds. But it has to be said that many areas of the country retain both their culture and way of life and this is true of this Hotel. Unfortunately, they have also retained standards which many, in today's world, would now find unacceptable. "From the very beginning we could tell the hotel was going to be terrible, we booked a pool view room and got a dank and dark ground floor room. We stayed five nights. We complained about the room on the second day because you could hear everyone else's septic waste running through our bathroom, very loudly. The gentleman really didn't care and did nothing about it, wouldn't even change our room, just said "it's the same in every room" . Every night until 1am the children of the family who run...

"It's the second time I have visited this hotel.. Sadly the hotel owner was not there this time we visited.. The young man left to run the place showed not interest in us. He was only present for payment for the room... The rest of our stay he was partying with his friends until the early hours of the morning. Loved Chernomorts, but will use a different hotel next visit ...."
