"Great location. Excellent breakfast and friendly hosts. Unfortunately some restaurant bar next door had pretty loud music until 1am. Because it’s in old town you cannot park close to hotel. But taxis can bring you there. Also they let us drop off our luggage. "

"Stayed for 5 nights, first encounter was very pleasant with a welcoming glass of bubbly. The room was nice but one of the windows was open and it was impossible to close as the hinges were broken so it was a bit noisy at night .The air con was excellent even with the window open.We did not have any cleaning, changes of bedding, towels, or any replacement of bathroom items the whole time we were there, shower pressure was not great. "We booked family suite but was only told that the room was not ready for us on our arrival so we had no choice to stay in a smaller room. Rooms were not ready for the three of us neither. Some door knobs/ hangers need to be fixed. Other then that good location and good stay here."

"Building was lacking in maintenence and was not clean. Booked a room with a tub on the balcony for two nights. Claimed tub was broken so gave us a "standard" room the 1st night and a platter of fruit as compensation. This room had mold on the sink, half the shower door was missing so shower water sprayed all over bathroom floor. Corners were disgusting. The second night we were given the "suite". The AC was absolute garbage. It took about 10 hours to cool down to the point that i was not...

Awesome holidays

"This holiday was one of the best we have had.Our son was made to feel very special, specially as it was his 11th birthday.The hotel was beautiful, neat and tidy, staff very caring and courteous.Could not have asked for a better experience.We will be back soon for sure with our extended family and friends this time 😊😊.You have got fans for life.😊😊 The theme park was awesome too, we felt safe and enjoyed😊 water park and the rides to the fullest. The theme and water park are just too good to be described in words although we have tried to. More positives are that we can't see any negatives regarding the experience.
