The room was nice but one of the windows was open and it was impossible to close as the hinges were broken so it was a bit noisy at night .The air con was excellent even with the window open.We did not have any cleaning, changes of bedding, towels, or any replacement of bathroom items the whole time we were there, shower pressure was not great. "Friendly, helpfull and the honest service, best since ever. Reception helped whatever and whenever needed. They helped us for example with trustfull airport transfer, several new places and recommendations, baggage reservations, shopping areas etc. They had even cooler back for our trips. On Sunday, Serat got seasickness pills by their own vehicle for our boat trip. They are here just for their Customers. First time here and surely not the last one. Recommendations"
