"I needed a Vrbo rental for a funeral this past week. This location was ideal and the bedrooms were able to accommodate the three families for a few days just fine. There were thermostats for both floors to adjust the temperature. We were able to get the upstairs to an ideal temperature for everyone, but the basement was a bit cooler. We felt at home in the space and loved all the special amenities the host provided like coffee, popcorn, toiletries and other little things that make you feel so welcomed. "This property is great for large groups, 3 bedrooms and trundle bed in the living room and two bathrooms with showers. The kitchen was fully equipped and good-sized. There was a full size dining table and large comfortable sofas in the living room- not always easy to find. We enjoyed the off street parking. That said, outside was noisy because of the freeway nearby. The neighborhood was convenient for getting around, but a little rough around the edges. "
