"Very pretty guest room. Hotel staff was mixed emotions. The reception guy was very friendly and helpful. The woman was a little dry and could have been friendlier. Location was nice, but 5 minutes from the busy area, but price was good."

"It is a hidden gem. The hotel feels so welcoming, like staying in someone's home but free to go and come back anytime by just ringing the bell. It is discreet and not really need bumping into other guests. The gardens are like a secret garden and just romantic. The best house with a seaview! "

"Although the staff were reasonably nice, the building is beautiful, and the room had heating, we experienced several disappointing things. We are not going back. The location: The neighborhood was very loud (this was a Friday night), and it is not particularly easy to reach the port. Taxis had to go pretty far out of the way, and if traffic was bad, really far out of the way, to get there. One taxi ride to the port cost me 15 MDH, but the return was just 5. "Cuando llegué resulta que no tenían habitación para mi por haber reservado con expedia, ellos solo trabajan con booking, tuve que esperar mas de una hora para que lo resolviera el hombre de la riad que habló con un amigo y me llevo a otra mucho peor, pero no es su culpa, su Riad estaba muy bien. Nunca me ha pasado esto y estoy bastante decepcionada con Expedia "

"Abdellah, the house Manager, was so helpful and made all arrangements we requested for transportation from the airport and to the Tangier Port Med, touring Tangier, an Old Medina walking tour and a day visit to ChefChaouen.
