"We arrived late, the host was very angry. The place doesn’t have elevator while we have heavy luggage and we were offered no help. We also had to share a bathroom. "It is not our first stay in Sonder. We choose it because of convenience and location. We liked our current stay very much, although we were a little disappointed with the request to order a taxi for our early departure to the airport. We asked for a taxi but not a limousine service which was three times more expensive than the regular cab. There was nothing we could do at 4 o'clock in the morning, but take it!!!"
