The staff especially team members like Karishma, Neha they are very pleasant to work with. They take the time to understand your request and mostly able to accommodate accordingly. "It is located in the Hi-tech city area, ideal for guests visiting that area. I was looking for a 3 star hotel with a rating above 8/10 in Ameerpet area. Somehow, accidentally, I got this hotel. Everyday, I had to travel 10 plus kilometer by car to visit my relatives in Ameerpet. It was my mistake, as I could have checked the distance, before I signed up with this hotel. Otherwise, it certainly deserved 8/10 rating. Staff were very nice. "

"I very much wanted to love this place. It is obvious this used to be an elegant place in the past. Certainly all the people were great and as accommadating as could be. I appreciate that the property is undergoing extensive remoldeling. This is going to require millions of dollars. The first room I had in my December stay had a totally unclean, unsanitary, filthy nasty bathroom. They did move me to another room that was cleaner, but in need of maintenance.
